Once we have agreed to work together, I will save your session time and be there for you. In turn, I need you to pay for my services and my time.  Therefore, all scheduled sessions will be charged. You may cancel two sessions per year without charge if you notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

When cancelling please let me know if you wish to reschedule. I will do my best to reschedule you before your next scheduled session. I cannot guarantee that I will have a makeup time that works for you.

This policy applies to all cancellations including vacations.
