I charge $250 per 50 minute session and a prorated amount for telephone consultations and requested written correspondence.

Insurance:

I do not take insurance, nor do I bill insurance.  If you have insurance, check with your carrier to see if you have “Out Of Network Provider” coverage.  Typically the insurance company will reimburse you some portion of the fee.  I will provide you with monthly statements reflecting the charges and payments.  Please let me know if you will be submitting to your insurance so I can provide a diagnosis code as well.
